In reminiscence of my January 20th, 2010 cooking class, I have put together a small photo collection capturing some of my favorite moments. Please note: I am definitely not a professional photographer, so please be forgiving! I have also enlisted the photos of Ms. Olivia McClendon, one of my dear pupils. Hope you enjoy!

It was a rainy Sunday afternoon, the china was polished, the table was set, and the berry cobbler was bubbling in the oven. Despite the rain, my May 9,2010 Mother’s Day Picnic was a success! This is a photo collection of my family and my very first indoor picnic.

  5. Corina, Thank you very much! My heart is swelling with joy (just a little). Bless you for your encouragement! I hope I can do it justice! It’s my pleasure to share what I’ve learned (and will continue to learn) with you and all other women out there. I’m here for you trails and triumphs. ๐Ÿ™‚

  6. Danielle, you are my hero! What an amazing cook you are and such a newly wed at that! I most definitely did not come into my marriage knowing how to cook anything, much less Asian cuisine. I am still trying to learn just the basics of cooking even after 22 years of marriage (ouch!) You are such an encouragement to all of us ladies, young and old. Keep up the great work, you are truly a woman whose worth is far above rubies!
